Will there be memberships available for 8-13 year olds. My 9yr old son attended one of your Raspberry Pi courses and really enjoyed it. We were hoping that there would be an offering available to children of his age.
    Many thanks Sarah

Hi Sarah, first of all apologies for the delay in this response. Thank you for your excellent question, I have passed this suggestion on to our steering group for consideration and await a response to share with you. Our one-off sessions for 8-13 year-olds were designed with flexibility in mind, however your feedback is important and will help us offer the best possible choice moving forward. Thanks again! Jeremy

In addition, there are now After School Clubs at The Fareham Makery for 8-13 year olds, but once again we have not confirmed a membership scheme for this yet. We hope to have more news soon! Jeremy

Hi Steve, many thanks for your question. This is a pilot scheme and we will initially measure the success of the two sites selected, based on these findings other sites may well be considered in future. We’re very pleased to see the scheme has interested the local community, and are very grateful for any ideas you offer. Opportunities for volunteers to support learning programmes in branch will likely be advertised at a future date, so watch this Makery space! Apologies for the large delay in getting back to you, we’d be glad to hear any other thoughts or questions you have. Jeremy

Thanks Jeremy. First time back here for a while and just seen your reply – I’ll pop back now and then and see how things are going. I wish you success – I’ve been wondering how to get involved in something like this for a while…
